Damla’s master thesis on Corporate Communication and sustainability was published in The International Communication Journal. She then followed a post master Marketing & Business at UC Berkeley California.
As Manager Marketing and Head of Customer Experience at companies such as Amazon and Wehkamp, Damla led 30+ individuals and various international teams. She currently works at totaalBED as CMO, within her family business. Always with the goal of performing optimally together and allowing each individual to use their full potential.
In addition, Damla presented a podcast about self-development and is regularly on stage as a speaker, chairwoman and podcast host to take (business) events to a higher level. Always with a smile and without it feeling heavy.
